That's why your support of the Ardent PAC is more important than ever. Together, we can ensure lawmakers understand the essential role health systems play and advocate for policies that allow us to continue providing high-quality care.

As a guideline, here's how past contributions match up with leadership positions:
- ELT, Regional Presidents & SVPs: $1,000+
- Facility CEOs: $750-$1,000
- Vice Presidents & Facility C-Suite (COOs, CFOs, CMOs,CNOs): $350-$500
These amounts are suggestions only, and more or less than the suggested amount may be given. Contributions to the Ardent PAC are voluntary. The amount given by a contributor, or a refusal to participate, will not benefit or disadvantage employment or performance reviews. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes and cannot be reimbursed as business expenses. The maximum an individual can contribute is $5,000 each calendar year.
